Though Manuel Antonio National Park comes edged by hundreds of secluded beaches all along the coast to Uvita’s Playa Ballena, arrive on the 7-kilometre Playa Espadilla for something a little special. Sneaking a Costa Rica offering into the mix, though technically not in North America, Playita Beach in Manuel Antonio is so impressive we couldn’t not mention it.
